Are you ready to take the first steps on the path of Reiki? ✨
My name is Amy, I am a Reiki master and practitioner. I have been a Reiki master for 4 years and am honored to have assisted many on their healing journey with Reiki and intuitive energy healing.
Join me for an intimate group (no more than 4 people) training and initiation into Reiki. Shoden meaning 'first teachings' in Japanese is the first level of Reiki training.
Reiki is more than a modality, it is a healing system that is perfect for self practice and once attuned, it will be with you forever, literally at your fingertips.
This training involves teachings of the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho system including:
•The Reiki precepts
•Origins and history of Mikao Usui and Reiki
•Reiju (energy blessing)
•4 attunements for Level 1
•Learn about energy, metaphysics and the hara
•Physical hand placements and Reiki practice
•Traditional techniques and meditations
After this training you can confidently begin your journey with Reiki.
You will be able to perform Reiki on yourself, family and friends, this is a level for everyone and a prerequisite for Okuden - Reiki 2
(Reiki 2 training can be taken a minimum of 21 days after Reiki 1 with continual practice on self and others in between, this is to allow the energy to integrate throughout your body and life)
Included:
•Reiki I manual and notebook
•Certificate of completion
•Tea and light snacks (bring lunch)
• A follow up session via Zoom if required to go over your practice or any obstacles etc
• Ongoing mentoring support via call or message for 1 month
